نجوى ككوس تسائل الحكومة عن مراقبة احتـرام معايير جودة البنايات في طور التشييد 

وجهت؛ عضو الفريق النيابي للأصالة والمعاصرة؛ نجوى ككوس؛ سؤالا كتابيا للحكومة؛ عن الإجراءات والتدابير المتخذة؛ من أجل تشديد الـمراقبة على أوراش البناء من أجل احترام معايير البناء وجودة الـمواد الـمستعملة.

وأوضحت ككوس أن حوادث سقوط البنايات في طور التشييد أثارت نقاشا من جديد حول الـمعايير الـمعتمدة في منح الرخص، ودور الوكالة الحضرية في مراقبة الـمنعشين العقاريين؛ وحثهم على احترام البيئة ومعايير السلامة والصحة الـمعمول بها، فضلا عن الصلاحيات الـموكولة للسلطات الترابية في مراقبة مدة البناء وجودة الـمواد الـمستعملة، لاسيما أثناء تشييد الـمباني، بوصفها الـمرحلة الأساسية في ضمان بناء العمارات بمواد ذات جودة، بما يضمن حق الـمستهلك والـمواطن في سكن لائق وسليم.
