نجيب عثمان: هذه خلاصات اليوم الدراسي ” من أجل قطب صحي يلبي حاجيات المواطنين والمواطنات بدائرة إيغرم”

نظم مجلس جماعة إيغرم بإقليم تارودانت الذي يرأسه نجيب عثمان، يوم الأربعاء 16 أكتوبر 2019 بمقر الجماعة، يوما دراسيا تحت شعار “من أجل قطب صحي يلبي حاجيات المواطنين والمواطنات بدائرة إيغرم”، وذلك من أجل تدارس الوضع الصحي المتردي بالجماعة، والبحث عن الحلول وفق مقاربة تشاركية.

وشهد اليوم الدراسي حضورا وازنا ومتميزا لكل من الكاتب العام لعمالة إقليم تارودانت بمعية رؤساء المصالح الخارجية، والمندوب الإقليمي لوزارة الصحة، وبحضور رؤساء الجماعات الترابية بدائرة إيغرم، وجمعيات المجتمع المدني، إلى جانب ساكنة المنطقة.

وخَلُص اليوم الدراسي إلى مجموعة من التوصيات، من أبرزها تأسيس إطار قانوني للترافع من أجل تحسين العرض الصحي الهزيل بالجماعة، وعقد اجتماع عاجل مع عامل إقليم تارودانت بحضور رؤساء المجالس المنتخبة التابعة لنفوذ الدائرة والمندوبية الإقليمية لوزارة الصحة، وكذا ضرورة انخراط المجالس المنتخبة في مؤسسة التعاون بين الجماعات كإطار قانوني لتفعيل مبدأ القطبية.

وفي الإطار ذاته، اتفق المجتمعون برفع عريضة المطالبة بمركز صحي حضري من المستوى الثاني بمركز إيغرم إلى وزير الصحة، ومواصلة التنسيق والتشاور مع المندوب الإقليمي لوزارة الصحة لبلورة توصيات اليوم الدراسي وأجرأتها في إطار التخصص، وكذلك ضرورة إشراك جميع فعاليات المجتمع المدني وانخراطها في التنمية بالدائرة.
