نواب البام يعدون بتفاعلهم الإيجابي مع مشروعي قانونين يتعلقان بالسلفات الصغرى ومدونة التأمينات

أكد أعضاء فريق الأصالة والمعاصرة بلجنة المالية والتنمية الاقتصادية، على تفاعلهم الإيجابي مع مشروعي قانونين يتعلقان بالسلفات الصغيرة، و مدونة التأمينات، قدمهما محمد بنشعبون، وزير الاقتصاد والمالية، مساء الاثنين 17 دجنبر، بلجنة المالية والتنمية الاقتصادية بمجلس النواب.
ونوه نواب البام بلجنة المالية بمشروع قانون رقم 85.18 الذي يغيـر بموجبه القانون رقم 18.97 المتعلق بالسلفات الصغيرة، والذي يهدف الى الرفع من الحد الأقصى لمبلغ السلفات الصغيرة من 50 ألف درهم المعمول به حاليا الى 150 ألف درهم، وذلك بهدف الاستجابة لاحتياجات المقاولات الصغيرة جدا في مجال التمويل.
وبخصوص مشروع قانون رقم 87.18 يقوم بتغيير وتتميم القانون رقم 17.99 المتعلق بمدونة التأمينات، وعد نواب الأصالة والمعاصرة بدراسته بعمق خصوصا وأنه يهدف إلى تمكين المتعاملين مع البنوك التشاركية من التوفر على التأمين التكافلي، كما ينص مشروع القانون على أن البنوك التشاركية هي وحدها التي تعرض عملية التأمين التكافلي والعائلي والتأمينات التكافلية المتعلقة بالإسعاف والقرض، وكذا إدراج الاستثمار التكافلي ضمن العمليات التي تعد في حكم عمليات التأمين.
