واعمرو يستعرض أهداف تأسيس الجمعية المغربية لرؤساء مجالس العمالات والأقاليم

كشف عبد الرحيم واعمرو رئيس المجلس الإقليمي لقلعة السراغنة، أنه حصل على المنصب نائب لرئيس الجمعية المغربية لرؤساء مجالس العمالات والأقاليم، نتيجة للثقة التي حضي بها من مختلف رؤساء العمالات والأقاليم خلال الجمع العام التأسيسي الذي نُظِّم يوم الإثنين 28 يناير 2018 بمدينة الرباط.

وأشار واعمرو إلى أن الجمعية المغربية لرؤساء مجالس العمالات والأقاليم ستهدف إلى السهر على تنسيق العلاقات والتعاون بين مجالس العمالات والأقاليم والتعريف بمنجزاتها، والعمل على نشر وتفعيل مفاهيم الديمقراطية المحلية وتدعيم اللامركزية.

وفي السياق ذاته، أوضح رئيس المجلس الإقليمي لقلعة السراغنة أن الجمعية المذكورة ستعمل كذلك على نهج كل أشكال الحوار القانوني والاجتماعي والاقتصادي مع كل رؤساء مجالس العمالات والأقاليم، من أجل تحقيق التنمية والعدالة المجالية وتطوير اللامركزية، وإبداء الاستشارة في جميع مشاريع النصوص القانونية أو التدابير التي تهم تطوير آليات تدبير الشأن الترابي.
