وزارة الانتقال الطاقي ونظيرتها السعودية توقعان مذكرة تفاهم للتعاون في قطاع المعادن

وقع؛ المغرب والمملكة العربية السعودية، أمس الثلاثاء 9 يناير 2024 بالرياض، مذكرة تفاهم للتعاون في قطاع المعادن، وذلك خلال انعقاد أعمال الاجتماع الوزاري الدولي الثالث للوزراء المعنيين بشؤون التعدين.

وتهدف مذكرة التفاهم، التي تم توقيعها من طرف وزيرة الإنتقال الطاقي والتنمية المستدامة، السيدة ليلى بنعلي، وعن الجانب السعودي وزير الصناعة والثروة المعدنية، السيد بندر بن إبراهيم الخريف، (تهدف) إلى تطوير التعاون المشترك في قطاعي الصناعة والتعدين وتبادل الخبرات والتجارب.

كما عقد الجانبان مباحثات ثنائية من أجل بحث الفرص الاستثمارية الواعدة في مجال التعدين في البلدين والطلب العالمي المتزايد على المعادن.

يشار إلى أن الرياض تستضيف اليوم الأربعاء مؤتمر التعدين الدولي في نسخته الثالثة، الذي يروم تعزيز التعاون الدولي حول إنتاج المعادن الاستراتيجية، وتسليط الضوء على إمكانات المنطقة التعدينية الكبرى الممتدة من إفريقيا إلى غرب ووسط آسيا، من خلال النقاش وتبادل الأفكار والخبرات بين ممثلي الحكومات من الوزراء والمسؤولين رفيعي المستوى.
