وزارة الداخلية تخصص لجماعة بركان 945 مليونا كمنحة عن التميز في نجاعة الأداء

في إطار برنامج نجاعة أداء الجماعات في المغرب، قدمت وزارة الداخلية للجماعة الحضرية بركان مبلغ 945 مليون سنتيم كمنحة عن التميز في نجاعة الأداء، واحتلت بذلك المراتب الأولى ضمن الجماعات الترابية التي حظيت بدعم الوزارة.

وحصلت الجماعة على المنحة بفضل تضافر مجهودات جميع مكوناتها من مجلس وإدارة، والاستجابة للشروط الإلزامية، بالإضافة إلى مجموعة من مؤشرات الأداء على مستوى التدبير الإداري والمالي والقانوني المقررة في برنامج نجاعة أداء الجماعات الترابية الذي ترعاه المصالح المركزية لوزارة الداخلية.

ووصل مبلغ الدعم الاستثنائي إلى 9.458.615,00 درهما، تحفيزا لمجلسها الجماعي على الاستمرار في المزيد من العمل لبلوغ هدف تحقيق باقي المعايير والمؤشرات في السنة المقبلة.

ويدخل ذلك في إطار برنامج تحسين أداء الجماعات في المغرب، بشراكة بين المديرية العامة للجماعات الترابية والبنك الدولي والوكالة الفرنسية للتنمية، على مدى خمس سنوات ممتدة من 2019 إلى غاية 2023.

ويهدف البرنامج إلى تعزيز الحكامة الجيدة لدى الجماعات بغية الارتقاء بالخدمات المقدمة للأشخاص الذاتيين والمعنويين، كما يهدف إلى بناء القدرات وطمح إلى انخراط الجماعة في النجاعة والفعالیة في الأداء.
