وزارتي العدل المغربية والصينية تعقدان اجتماعا عن بعد حول استعمال التكنولوجيا الحديثة في المساطر القضائية

عُقِد، يوم أمس الثلاثاء 7 دجنبر 2021، اجتماع عن بعد، تنفيذا لبرنامج العمل الثنائي الموقع بين وزارتي العدل بالمملكة المغربية وجمهورية الصين الشعبية برسم سنتي 2020/2021، حول استعمال التكنولوجيا الحديثة في المساطر القضائية.

وترأس الاجتماع عن الجانب المغربي الكاتب العام لوزارة العدل، عبد الإله لحكيم بناني؛ بحضور السيد مدير التشريع والسيد مدير الدراسات والتعاون والتحديث، وعن الجانب الصيني السيد نائب المدير العام للتعاون الدولي بوزارة العدل الصينية؛ Yuan Liang بحضور مسؤولين بنفس الوزارة.


وأعرب الجانبين عن اعتزازهما بالتعاون الثنائي في مجال التحول الرقمي للعدالة وتقاسم التجارب والممارسات الجيدة في هذا الصدد، باعتباره مدخلا أساسيا لضمان ولوج ميسر للعدالة بشكل يضع المواطن في صلب اهتمامها، وضمان فعالية الخدمات التي يقدمها مرفق العدالة،  وذلك بالنظر لنجاعة الحلول التي تقدمها التكنولوجيا الحديثة لمختلف التحديات التي تواجهها العدالة بمختلف جوانبها.

وتم خلال اللقاء تقديم عروض من الجانبين حول استعمال تكنولوجيا المعلوميات في مجال التبليغ والمساعدة القضائية والأساس التشريعي لرقمنة الاجراءات القضائية في المادتين المدنية والجنائية، وكذا التوجهات الكبرى في مجال التحول الرقمي للعدالة.

وخلص الاجتماع إلى اتفاق الجانبين على مواصلة التعاون في هذا المجال من خلال عقد لقاءات مماثلة بشأن المواضيع ذات الاهتمام المشترك.
