وزير العدل عبد اللطيف وهبي يدعو إلى تحديث مهنة المحاماة لمواكبة التحولات العالمية

دعا؛ وزير العدل عبد اللطيف وهبي؛ إلى تعزيز دور المحاماة في منظومة العدالة، معتبرا أنها “شريك أساسي” في تحقيق الأمن القضائي وبناء مجتمع ديمقراطي حداثي، وذلك خلال كلمته في المؤتمر الوطني الثاني والثلاثين لجمعية هيئات المحامين بالمغرب المنعقد بطنجة أول أمس الأربعاء 14 ماي الجاري.

وأكد السيد وهبي أن التحديات الراهنة، بما في ذلك الثورة التكنولوجية والذكاء الاصطناعي، تتطلب تطوير أداء المحامين عبر التخصص وتكوين شركات مهنية لتعزيز قدراتهم التنافسية.

وقال: “لا يمكن تحقيق نجاعة العدالة دون محاماة فاعلة، قادرة على مواكبة التحولات التشريعية والتقنية التي يشهدها العالم”.

وأشار وهبي إلى أن وزارة العدل تعمل على تعزيز الشراكات مع مؤسسات وطنية ودولية لتبادل الخبرات، داعيا هيئات المحامين إلى تقديم مقترحات لبرامج تكوينية متخصصة.

كما نوه المتحدث بالدور التاريخي للمحامين في الدفاع عن الحقوق والحريات، وحث الشباب على الحفاظ على قيم المهنة النبيلة.
