وسط استمرار النقاش القانوني والسياسي حول حدودها.. دورية جديدة من وزارة الداخلية للجماعات الترابية

وسط استمرار النقاش القانوني والسياسي حول مدى استقلالية تدبير الجماعات الترابية في علاقتها بسلطة الوصاية، راسل وزير الداخلية عبد الوافي لفتيت العمال والولاة، حول ترشيد النفقات خلال الإعداد وتنفيذ ميزانيات الجماعات الترابية برسم سنة 2021، لكسب رهان مواجهة جائحة “كورونا” وآثارها السلبية على ميزانيات الجماعات الترابية.

ودعا وزير الداخلية الجماعات الترابية في دوريته إلى ترتيب أولوياتها وتعبئة كل المجهودات وتعبئة جميع الإمكانات للإسهام في الإعداد الجيد لميزانية السنة المقبلة بما يستجيب لتطلعات المواطنين المحليين مع الحرص على ترشيد النفقات وتعبئة الموارد والاتسام بالواقعية في الاستشراف والأخذ بعين الاعتبار المتغيرات والتطورات المحلية المحتملة.

وأهاب لفتيت على رؤساء الجماعات ضرورة اتخاذ الترتيبات اللازمة من أجل تفعيل هذه الدورية والحرص على التطبيق السليم للقوانين وضرورة التقيد بالأولويات والتوجهات المشار إليها في إعداد ميزانيات الجماعات الترابية، مشيرا إلى أن المصالح المركزية ستبقى على استعداد لتقديم الدعم اللازم في مجال تعزيز قدرات أقسام الجماعات الترابية بالولايات والعمالات والأقاليم قصد بلوغ الأهداف المنشودة.

الجدير بالذكر أن القرارات المماثلة في الموضوع، كانت قد لقيت نقاشات قانونية وسياسية كبيرة، وكان حزب الأصالة والمعاصرة قد عبر في بيان لمكتبه السياسي عن ضرورة احترام كل الأطراف للقوانين التنظيمية المنظمة لأشغال الجماعات الترابية..
