وضع 3 عناصر من القوات المساعدة رهن الحراسة النظرية إثر تداول شريط فيديو يوثق لاعتداء على شاب بالفنيدق

أعلن، وكيل الملك لدى المحكمة الابتدائية بتطوان، يومه الخميس 29 أبريل الجاري، أنه جرى إخضاع ثلاثة عناصر من القوات المساعدة رهن تدابير الحراسة النظرية، وذلك بعد واقعة اعتدائهم على شاب بأحد شواطئ مدينة الفنيدق.

وجاء في بلاغ للنيابة العامة، أنه وعلى إثر تداول رواد مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لشريط فيديو يوثق لاعتداء رجل من القوات العمومية على شخص بأحد شواطئ الفنيدق، فقد تم فتح بحث حول مضمون هذا الشريط بواسطة الشرطة القضائية بتطوان.

التحريات الأولية التي تمت مباشرتها بهذا الصدد، أدت إلى الكشف عن هوية المعتدي ومرافقيه، حيث يتعلق الأمر بثلاث عناصر من القوات المساعدة.

وبناء عليه، فقد تم إخضاع المعتدي ومرافقيه، لتدابير الحراسة النظرية. وفور انتهاء البحث سيتم ترتيب الآثار القانونية على ضوء نتائجه.
