Le Conseil de gouvernement se réunit, ce jeudi, pour examiner la question de la mobilisation des competences marocaine à l’étranger
Le programme de mobilisation des compétences marocaines à l’étranger au cœur du débat du Conseil de gouvernement qui se réunira, jeudi, sous la présidence du chef du gouvernement, Saadeddine El Othmani.
Le Conseil suivra un exposé de la ministre déléguée auprès du ministre des Affaires étrangères, de la Coopération africaine et des Marocains résidant à l’Étranger, chargée des Marocains résidant à l’Étranger sur le programme national de mobilisation des compétences marocaines résidant à l’étranger, indique un communiqué du département du chef du gouvernement.
Le Conseil examinera, par la suite, trois projets de décrets dont le premier modifie et complète le décret relatif à la composition et au mode de fonctionnement de la commission nationale des signes distinctifs d’origine et de qualité, et le deuxième porte sur la modification du décret royal relatif au statut particulier des internes des hôpitaux de santé publique.
Le troisième décret, poursuit le département du chef du gouvernement, porte sur les licences et autorisations des activités, installations et sources de rayonnements ionisants de catégorie II y associées.
Le Conseil devra également examiner des propositions de nomination à des hautes fonctions conformément à l’article 92 de la Constitution.
À l’issue du Conseil, le gouvernement tiendra une réunion consacrée à l’étude de propositions de loi, conclut le communiqué.
