M. Ouahbi reçoit l’ambassadeur de Palestine accompagné d’une délégation du ministère palestinien de la Justice
Le ministre de la Justice, Abdellatif Ouahbi a reçu, lundi, une délégation du ministère palestinien de la Justice, qui était accompagnée de l’ambassadeur de l’Etat de Palestine au Maroc, Salah Choubki.
La délégation palestinienne était composée de Ahmed Dabaleh, secrétaire général du ministère de la Justice, Maisa Hamarcha, directrice générale des affaires professionnelles et des modes alternatifs de règlement des litiges, Ahed Khwaja Tokan, magistrat, Sobhi Hilweh, chef du parquet de Naplouse, Achjan Daoud, conseiller juridique, et Himam Moulhim, conseiller juridique adjoint.
Cette visite, qui s’inscrit dans le cadre du programme de coopération entre le Royaume du Maroc et l’Etat de Palestine, a permis de souligner la profondeur des relations historiques qui unissent les deux pays.
Ouahbi a exprimé, à cette occasion, la disponibilité du Maroc à partager son expérience avec tous les pays frères et amis.
Cette entrevue a été marquée par des présentations faites par le secrétaire général du ministère de la Justice sur le cadre législatif des modes alternatifs de règlement des conflits en droit marocain, la réconciliation dans le code de procédure pénale marocain et la transformation digitale dans la système judiciaire marocain.
Durant sa visite, la délégation palestinienne visitera les sièges du Conseil supérieur du pouvoir judiciaire, de la Présidence du ministère public, de la cour d’appel commerciale de Casablanca et du Centre international de médiation et d’arbitrage à Rabat, afin de s’informer de l’expérience du Maroc dans le domaine des modes alternatifs de règlement des litiges, notamment la médiation conventionnelle.
