Le Conseil de gouvernement a approuvé les cinq projets de décret qui ont été présentés par Fouzi Lekjaa, ministre délégué auprès de la ministre de l’Economie et des Finances chargé du budget, au nom de Ghita Mezzour, la ministre déléguée auprès du gouvernement chargée de la transition numérique et de la réforme de l’administration.
Le premier projet concerne la modification du décret n° 2.04.403 du 29 chawwal 1426 (2 décembre 2005) précisant les conditions de promotion des fonctionnaires d’Etat dans le grade ou le cadre, qui vise à modifier les critères du décret n° 2.04 .403, en augmentant le quota de promotion des fonctionnaires en grade de 33% à 36%. Quant aux grades pour lesquels la promotion n’est limitée que par sélection selon l’éligibilité, après inscription au calendrier annuel de promotion.
Dans le cadre du projet, le quota de promotion sera rejeté de 13% à 14%, pour la promotion dans les grades par l’examen d’aptitude professionnelle, et de 20% à 22% pour la promotion par sélection, selon l’éligibilité, après inscription au calendrier de promotion, dont la promotion se fait par examen d’aptitude professionnelle et par sélection, à compter du 1er janvier 2023.
Quant au second projet, il concerne le projet de décret n° 2.22.612 en modifiant le décret n° 2.11.471 du 15 chawwal 1432 (14 septembre 2011) à propos du statut de la commission interministériel des ingénieurs et architectes, qui vise à modifier les critères du décret n° 2.11.471 en augmentant le quota de promotion des fonctionnaires appartenant à cette commission dans le grade par sélection de 33% à 36%, à compter du 1er janvier 2023.
Le Conseil de gouvernement a également approuvé le projet de décret n° 2.58.1381 à la date du 15 Joumada al oula 1378 (27 Novembre 1958) en précisant les conditions d’attribution des allocations familliales aux fonctionnaires d’état, employés civiles et aux militaires ainsi que les employés des municipalités et des institutions publiques en modifiant le chapitre VIII du décret N° 2.58.1381 ceci en augmentant le montant des allocations familiales de ces derniers pour leurs quatrième, cinquième et sixième enfants de 36 dirhams à 100 dirhams. , à compter du 1er janvier 2023.
