PAM representatives Bensaid and El Abdi meet with African parliamentary team

PAM’s Politburo member, Mehdi Bensaid, along with the president of the party’s parliamentary team within the House of Representatives, Rachid El Abdi, received both the vice president of the Pan-African Parliament (PAP) Bureau, Fortune Charumbira, and South Africa’s Goodwill Ambassador for the Pan African Parliament, Bridgette Motsepe.

The meeting took place at PAM’s administrative headquarters, on Saturday (March 13).

The meeting was devoted to discussing a number of issues, including Morocco’s steadfast position with regard to its territorial integrity, provided the significant support of several influential countries in this area, as well as the kingdom’s accumulated distinctions in terms of democratic construction.

The meeting also tended to shed light on the prospects for coordination and cooperation between the Authenticity and Modernity Party and the African Parliament, in a way that supports Morocco’s claims in regaining its natural position within the African Union, and diversifies collaboration, as well as the exchange of expertise, between the party and the African Parliament’s components.
