Strengthening bilateral cooperation.. Minister Abdellatif Ouahbi received UNICEF Representative in Morocco

Minister of Justice, Mr. Abdellatif Ouahbi received on Monday, May 23, 2022, the UNICEF Representative in Morocco Mrs. Speciose Hakizimana. This meeting enters in the context of strategic partnership between the Ministry and UNICEF on childhood and child’s rights.

The meeting aims at discussing aspects of outstanding cooperation relationships between both sides which have borne over many years very important achievements. The meeting was also an opportunity to exchange ideas and opinions about policies and programs the Ministry is pursuing in terms of child’s rights and childhood protection especially with new challenges facing children in current conjuncture and the economic and social implications of the Corona pandemic.

Both sides have agreed on the importance of evaluating and improving scopes of cooperation between the Ministry and UNICEF.
