Minister Mohamed Mehdi Bensaid kick-started MOCA festival eighth session

Minister of Youth, Culture and Communication, Mr. Mohamed Mehdi Bensaid kick-started the eighth session of MOCA festival in Rabat organized under His Majesty King Mohammed VI high patronage.

In his statement on the occasion, Minister Bensaid has confirmed that copyright topic and proximity rights in Africa should be subject of primordial importance by both states and investors, since this topic is considered as a basic pillar to develop culture industry in Africa.

Such cultural events and festivals, added Minister Bensaid, help open debates about different topics related to arts and culture and remain important opportunities to exchange expertise in this cross-cultural sector.
