The earthquake.. PAM Secretary General oversees the distribution of assistance offered to a number of mountainous villages in Taroudant area

PAM Secretary General and President of Taroudant communal council, Mr. Abdellatif Ouahbi has made a site-visit to a number of villages which have been damaged by the earthquake in Taroudant area; he was accompanied by several MPs namely Mohamed Arbi M’rabet, Khalid Hatimi, Hamid Ouahbi and Mohamed Oudmine.

During this site-visit made last Friday September 22, 2023, Mr. Ouahbi oversaw the size of damage left by the earthquake in those mountainous villages; he has talked to the earthquake-stricken local communities, has expressed his sympathy and has distributed assistance offered to local populations.

Secretary General and his accompanying delegation have engaged in communicating with a number of children and women from those villages and have been informed about sites that have been more damaged by the earthquake, about the tents to shelter the victims and all the measures which were taken to ensure the continuity of living conditions in those villages.
