Minister of Higher Education announced the creation of a new platform to allow university students of acquiring foreign languages and getting their bachelor’s degrees

Minister of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation Mr. Abdellatif Miraoui has announced the creation of a new national platform for all students to learn and acquire foreign languages, the fact which will allow them to get testimonies for acceding to Bachelor’s, Masters’ and PhD degrees.

Minister Miraoui confirmed in his intervention during an oral questions session held last Monday, December 11, 2023, that getting certificates in each course is linked to the results students should get via that platform.

Minister Miraoui has clarified that learning foreign languages is among the biggest problems facing university graduate students; therefore learning a foreign language has become mandatory within the new pedagogical system set up by the Ministry. Each student will have to pass language test during each term that will include French and English.
