Video – Minister Fatima Zahra Mansouri: Our agreement with the National Authority of Notaries will allow accompaniment along the process of granting housing subventions (for 2024-2028)

Minister of National Territory Rehabilitation Urbanization Housing and City Policy – Mayor of Marrakech, Mrs. Fatima Zahra Mansouri has stated, following her meeting with members of the National Authority of Moroccan Notaries, that “We have signed this important agreement today with the National Authority of Notaries about granting subventions for houses whose prices come under MAD 300 Thousand”; adding “this housing program category will benefit from government housing subventions in addition to MAD 2.500 as an overall amount to cover for costs and fees of the notaries, contracts signing and taxes.”

The signing of this agreement has come following His Majesty King Mohammed VI’s instructions to improve decent living conditions for Moroccan citizens.
