The Regional Academy of Education and Training for the Rabat Region-Salé-Kenitra recently organized a regional educational meeting dedicated to distributing digital tablets to students in rural schools, in partnership with the Mohammedan Association of Scholars and the International Organization for Development, as part of the project to promote the values of tolerance and citizenship (APT2C).
In a press release, the Academy explained that the meeting, which took place in the context of implementing the provisions of Framework Law No. 17-51 on Education and Training and the annual regional educational action plan under the slogan “Toward a Renewed, Equitable, Civic, and Inclusive School,” and in full compliance with the rules and requirements for preventing the spread of COVID-19, featured presentations that, on the whole, emphasized the partnership, highlighted its importance, and called for the implementation of its various provisions, as well as the project related to the implementation of the various pillars, measures, and procedures for implementing the provisions of the Framework Law on Education and Training 17-51.
The participants also highlighted the project’s positive educational impact on academic achievement and improved success rates, as well as the unique features and components of the kit—which is of high quality—emphasizing the importance of involving all expectant mothers and the need to organize workshops to familiarize participants with the guidelines and ensure a thorough understanding of the project kit’s components.
At the conclusion of this regional meeting, the approved digital boards were distributed, and everyone was urged to make good use of the project’s resources, foundations, and components, as well as to prioritize the health of students and take all necessary administrative, educational, and health measures to prevent the spread of infection.
