مؤشر دافوس يضع المغرب في المرتبة 101 من حيث جودة التعليم

وضع مؤشر جودة التعليم العالمي، الذي أصدره المنتدى الإقتصادي العالمي في دافوس، المغرب في المرتبة الأولى بعد المئة عالميا، والـ13 عربيا، من بين 140 دولة شملها مؤشر الجودة.

واحتلت سنغافورة المرتبة الأولى عالميا، وسويسرا في المرتبة الثانية، ثم فنلندا في المرتبة الثالثة، وقطر في المرتبة الرابعة، فيما جاءت ﺍﻟﻮﻻﻳﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﺤﺪﺓ ﺍﻷﻣﺮﻳﻜﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﺗﺒﺔ 18، بعد اﻟﺪﺍﻧﻤﺎﺭﻙ ﻭاﻟﺴﻮﻳﺪ، ﻓﻴﻤﺎ ﺻﻨﻔﺖ ﺃﻟﻤﺎﻧﻴﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﺗبة الـ20، في حين احتل ﻓﺮﻧﺴﺎ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﺗﺒﺔ 22، ﻭﺍﻟﻴﺎﺑﺎﻥ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﺗﺒﺔ 31 ﻣﺘﺒﻮﻋﺔ ﺑﺄﺳﺘﺮﺍﻟﻴﺎ، ﻓﻴﻤﺎ ﺣﻠﺖ اﺳﺒﺎﻧﻴﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﺗﺒﺔ 47، ﻭﺟﺎﺀﺕ ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﺗﺒﺔ 95، ومصر في المرتبة 139 ما قبل الأخيرة، في مؤشر جودة التعليم العالمي.

وﻳﺴﺘﻨﺪ ﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ ﺍﻟﺪﻭﻝ ﻓﻲ ﺗﻘﺮﻳﺮ ﺍﻟﺘﻨﺎﻓﺴﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻟﻤﻴﺔ ﺇﻟﻰ ﻣﺆﺷﺮ ﺍﻟﺘﻨﺎﻓﺴﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻟﻤﻲ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﺣﺪﺩﻩ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺘﺪﻯ ﺍﻻﻗﺘﺼﺎﺩﻱ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻟﻤﻲ، حيث يتم ﺍﺣﺘﺴﺎﺏ ﺩﺭﺟﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺆﺷﺮ ﻋﻦ ﻃﺮﻳﻖ ﺟﻤﻊ ﺍﻟﺒﻴﺎﻧﺎﺕﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺨﺎﺻﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﻌﻠﻘﺔ ﺑﻨﺤﻮ 12 ﻓﺌﺔ ﺃﺳﺎﺳﻴﺔ، ﺗﻀﻢ: “ﺍﻟﻤﺆﺳﺴﺎﺕ، ﻭﺍﻻﺑﺘﻜﺎﺭ، ﻭﺑﻴﺌﺔ ﺍﻻﻗﺘﺼﺎﺩ ﺍﻟﻜﻠﻲ، ﻭﺍﻟﺼﺤﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻢ ﺍﻷﺳﺎﺳﻲ، ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻢ ﺍﻟﺠﺎﻣﻌﻲ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﺪﺭﻳﺐ، ﻭﻛﻔﺎﺀﺓ ﺃﺳﻮﺍﻕ ﺍﻟﺴﻠﻊ، ﻭﻛﻔﺎﺀﺓ ﺳﻮﻕ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ، ﻭﺗﻄﻮﻳﺮ ﺳﻮﻕ ﺍﻟﻤﺎﻝ، ﻭﺍﻟﺠﺎﻫﺰﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻜﻨﻮﻟﻮﺟﻴﺔ، ﻭﺣﺠﻢ ﺍﻟﺴﻮﻕ، ﻭﺗﻄﻮﺭ ﺍﻷﻋﻤﺎﻝ ﻭﺍﻻﺑﺘﻜﺎﺭ”.
